Refund Policy
At P RYAN HEATING LTD, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies for both product purchases and installation services.
1. Service Bookings (Radiator Installation)
All installation services are scheduled based on customer-selected availability and confirmed by our team.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial refund or service fee deduction.
- If our team is unable to complete the installation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the work completed.
2. Product Purchases (Radiators & Accessories)
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed installation services
- Custom or special-order items
- Used or damaged products not caused by delivery issues
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
